Beast Mode Remodeling is a family-owned, Wake Forest-based remodeling company founded in late 2021. The experience behind it goes back decades.
Since opening, the crew has completed more than 150 renovations across the Triangle, from single bathrooms to studs-out whole-home rebuilds, earning a 5.0-star Google rating along the way.
Randy Hernandez — Founder
Randy started in construction in 1987, working with builders, brokers, and high-end designers in New York, including design firms like Lita Dirks & Co., and even building a home with Extreme Makeover. A 2011 move to North Carolina opened his second act: fourteen Latin restaurants of his own: Tropical Picken Chicken, Red Monkey, Casa Cubana, The Empanada Factory — built, owned, and operated over the following decade. When Covid hit the restaurant industry, he returned to his first trade and founded Beast Mode Remodeling.

Eric Ferrer — Partner
Eric built his career in new home construction with Spectrum Homes and WCI Communities, working everything from land commencement to final completion of entire residential communities, including a major role in the Manhattan House apartment conversion.
